Carrot Pineapple Smoothie


1/2 cup ice
3/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen pineapple
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/2 banana


Place the pineapple, ice, orange juice, carrot, and banana in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy

Other Info

Note: A whole frozen banana and frozen pineapple can be added instead of ice to make a thicker smoothie.
