Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 handful of fresh kale (stems removed)
3/4 cup orange juice
11 baby carrots
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
1 cup berries, frozen mixed or fresh

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy
